This will be my first book which I have wanted to write for many years  but havenâÇÖt had the opportunity. I have published videos for teaching techniques in other countries but writing a book is so much more. You can put your life into a book.Now that I am in the United States, I felt that this was the best time to start writing books about my favorite techniques that I have learned and honed over the years of fighting and competing in BJJ. This book will focus on the half guard and include basic, intermediate, and advanced techniques that are easy to do and are very effective.áThe book will have detailed techniques and drills that will grow your abilities which will be good for white and black belts. The success of this book will help me continue to publish more books in the future.áThe book doesnâÇÖt only include the techniques but also includes my philosophy that people can read more about. I became very effective in passing guard, and half guard, because I studied and trained each of these positions so much that I am confident that these techniques will work for you.á- Marcelo Giudici
