Hay quien piensa que son arte o que son una manera de mandar un mensaje; y también hay quien piensa que son directamente basura. Sea como sea lo que usted opine de ellos, los grafitis nacen bajo el estoicismo con el que sus autores aceptan tanto el anonimato, como el hecho de que su obra puede desaparecer al minuto de haberla realizado.  Son el Mono no aware, ese sentimiento que produce la fugaz naturaleza  de las cosas; o de que estas son bellas precisamente por su impermanencia.
 Este libro está compuesto por cincuenta historias inspiradas en cincuenta grafitis de diferentes ciudades del mundo que narran ùmediante esa impronta de finitudù cómo todo ser humano es irrepetible  y efímero a la vez.
 Some people think graffiti is art; some that it is a means to send a message, and there are also those who simply think graffiti is junk. But whatever you think, graffiti is created by its authors in a spirit  of stoicism, accepting their anonymity and the fact that their work could disappear the minute it is finished. Graffiti is the Mono no aware, the feeling that expresses the fleeting nature of things; that these creations are beautiful precisely because of their impermanence.
 This book is composed of fifty stories inspired by fifty graffiti from  different cities around the world that tell ùthrough their hallmark of finitudeù how we are all unique and ephemeral at the same time.
